Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@likka.com . Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LIKKA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LIKKA will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we know things happen. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@likka.com so we can assist you.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact info@likka.com for details regarding the process.
Please note: customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.
